The questionnaire consists of two Sections.
Section A covers demographical information, and Section B contains the questions.

For each of the personal demographical questions in Section A, please click on the Button of your choice/selection.
SECTION B
In this section there are questions and are posed in the form of statements. Please indicate for each of the statements, to which extent you agree or disagree with the statement on a 4-point scale.

Select the ‘Adequate’ in the middle of the scale, only if you are undecided, unsure or really don’t know.
